The Section W-1C officers are more than the elected youth leaders that make up the Council of Chiefs. In addition to the youth members, there are three adult positions: Section Adviser, Associate Section Adviser, and Staff Adviser. Each officer is responsible for specific duties, which should make the section run smoothly. Meetings are held throughout the year to plan for conclave and make sure that everything is functioning correctly
